I've been dealing with an allergy-type infection on my penis for about a month now, and it's been getting worse over time. There's this layer that's starting to form on the top part. Can you suggest what I might do about it?

I've been having some serious issues with irritation on my penis head, and it's been peeling since a few days ago. It's really uncomfortable, especially when I pee because it's painful.
