I've been experiencing this constant tightness and strain in my upper chest wall, like it's always tense, especially when I do anything using my left hand. I recently found out my Vitamin D and B12 levels are significantly low from a blood test. I've started taking Tayo 60K for Vitamin D, and just a couple of days ago, I began MeAxon Plus for B12. I'm not sure if these are related, but about 10 months ago, I lifted a heavy bag and twisted my spine, which caused me quite a bit of pain, but it went back to normal the next day. However, the strain in my chest hasn't gone away since then. Can you help me understand what's going on and how I can get better?
