Cosmetic limb lengthening surgery in India, particularly in Bangalore, can cost anywhere from approximately ‚Çπ5,00,000 to ‚Çπ15,00,000 (around $6,000 to $18,000 USD). The procedure itself takes a few hours, and the total duration of the process, including the lengthening and bone consolidation stages, can take several months

I broke my ankle about five months ago and used a cast for it, but didn't have any surgery. It's healed now, but sometimes I'm still getting pain and swelling. I already talked to an ortho, and they said no workouts for a year and that I don't need physical therapy or any other treatment. I'm really wondering if I should be using a crepe bandage, anklet, ankle binder, or ankle brace to fully recover and be able to start working out again. What do you think would be best?

I've had knee pain for 10 years and been doing physiotherapy for the past year. My hip joint snaps when climbing stairs with slight pain, but the main issue is IT band pain at the knee. I do stretching and strengthening exercises regularly but don't feel much improvement. Could this condition require surgery or are there other treatment options I should consider?

I've been dealing with a sprained ankle for about 18 days now and there's still some swelling. I saw an ortho who checked the X-rays and said there's no fracture, just a sprain. He gave me Dolanzen and Lormoto for two weeks. The pain's better, but I'm still having trouble walking and there's some swelling left. How long does it usually take to fully heal from a sprain like this? Do you think the meds I'm on are okay? What can I do to get rid of the remaining swelling?

Yes there is cure for that visit Psychiatrist for appropriate management
