I recommend starting with physiotherapy and painkillers to manage your condition. If there's no significant improvement after a reasonable period, we can then consider surgical options.

View allI've had an ACL tear in my left knee for about 2.5 months now, and the pain has reduced by 70%. It only comes back when I walk long distances. What kind of tear is this, and do I need surgery? Can I wait it out or should I consider other options? Also, what exactly is an interstitial tear can it heal with PRP injections, and how successful are they usually?

I've been dealing with genu valgum for the past four years and it's really affecting my daily life. My knees feel so much pressure when I walk, and the pain is constant. I'm really not keen on surgery like corrective osteotomy are there any other treatment options that could help me manage or even fix this without going under the knife?
