View allI've been noticing that when I squat, my knees start to vibrate, but everything seems normal when I'm just walking, sitting, or standing. It's a bit concerning because there's also a popping sound when I bend my knees. Is this something to worry about, or could it just be normal?

Had surgery for giant cell tumor removal from my distal femur knee area on 14/4/2022 with extended curettage cementing plating. It's been 3 weeks but I can only bend my knee around 75-80 degrees and feel heaviness near the surgical site. Is this recovery pace normal or should I be concerned about my knee's range of motion?
