I've been dealing with this burning sensation in my penis and anus for over a month, and sometimes it's painful. Most times, it's either one or the other, but occasionally it's both. I also notice a bit of pain when I pee. My GP checked me out, said it might be a prostate issue, and all the STD tests came back negative. He prescribed me cipro for 10 days, but it doesn't seem to be helping. I'm really concerned and would appreciate some guidance. What should I do next?

View allI'm kind of worried because for over six months now, the cover of my penis just won't open properly. I try to open it and the skin ends up with these painful cuts. This whole thing actually started about a year ago. The skin at the tip has also gotten really dry and rough. I'm 34 and unsure about what to do next. Could you give some advice on this?
yes you can

I recently had my sperm count checked, and the results showed 80 million, but only 20 are rapidly progressive. I'm currently taking Paternia VigorexSF and FertylM to help improve motility. Is this the right approach, or should I be considering something else?
Paternia+ contains antioxidants and micronutrients to support sperm production, Vigorex-SF contains L-carnitine and coenzyme Q10 to enhance sperm motility, and Fertyl-M contains clomiphene citrate to improve fertility. It is a good combination to improve your sperm parameters.
