I've been dealing with COPD and I'm currently on MontekAB, Esiflo250, and Tiate inhaler. I tested negative for COVID on June 5th, but lately I've had a runny nose and sneezing a lot. After taking Sinarest three times a day, the sneezing stopped, but then I started coughing. It feels like there's something stuck in my chest and my oxygen level has dropped to 90. I'm really worried and could use some advice. What should I do next?

View allI recently got the results from my chest x-ray, and there's a note about increased right basal markings and something called pneumonitis, non-specific. Everything else seems clear. Can you help me understand what this means? Is there a chance I'm starting to develop pneumonitis?

I'm 29 and had pulmonary TB a while ago. I went through a full year of treatment. It's been about six months now, and I've started experiencing some chest pain on and off. I'm experiencing chest pain and have a hard time breathing, plus I get tired really quickly and have a fever. Could this be related to a left pleural effusion? Can you help me understand what's happening and what I should do next?
Pleural tap is advised to the patient, pleural fluid for AFB examination and microscopy. Also complete blood count,esr ans c-reactive protein is advised to the patient.
