I've been dealing with a cough and cold for the last few days, and just recently, my left ear has started to ring. Could this tinnitus be related to the cold and cough? It's really persistent and not going away. What's going on?

I've been dealing with puberphonia and voice therapy didn't help me much when I tried it a few months back. I'm thinking about surgery now and want to find a good ENT throat surgeon in Chennai who can do this procedure in the next few months. Any recommendations or advice on what to expect?

I'm wondering if it's safe to use hydrogen peroxide to clean my ears, especially if an insect accidentally crawled in while I was sleeping. Is hydrogen peroxide effective and safe for removing insects from the ear? Im a bit worried and would love some guidance on this.
Hydrogen peroxide is a chemical and best to AVOID using it to clean ears. It can damage ear canal skin and cause inflammation.
