I've been dealing with a cough and cold for the last few days, and just recently, my left ear has started to ring. Could this tinnitus be related to the cold and cough? It's really persistent and not going away. What's going on?

I'm experiencing some discomfort on the left side of my throat every time I drink water or swallow saliva, but it doesn't hurt when I'm eating. The pain is lower in my neck, and I don't have any fever or cold symptoms. I'm a bit worried about what this could be. Could you help me understand what's going on and suggest what I could do about it?

I'm just a little concerned because while playing with my daughter, her head accidentally bumped into my wife's nose. It hurt her on the left side, but she said she felt fine after a bit. However, later at night, she noticed some blood spots when she blew her nose. There's no pain or constant bleeding, but the blood spots got us a bit worried. Is that something normal?
