I've been dealing with puberphonia and voice therapy didn't help me much when I tried it a few months back. I'm thinking about surgery now and want to find a good ENT throat surgeon in Chennai who can do this procedure in the next few months. Any recommendations or advice on what to expect?

View allLately, I've been dealing with some pretty annoying symptoms like itching in my eyes, which are also reddish, along with sneezing and a runny nose. I got a CT scan of my face, and it showed something about polypoidal mucosal thickening in my left maxillary sinus, with the left maxillary ostia being blocked. This has been a recurring problem, and it's really starting to affect me. Could you provide some advice or solutions on what might be going on and how I can find some relief?
That could be sinusitis needs a course of antibiotics, visit your ENT docotor for appropriate management and do steam inhalation for relief.

It's been about three weeks since I got over Covid, but I'm having this issue where one side of my nose keeps getting partially blocked off and on throughout the day. The side it happens on changes randomly. Plus, there's this slight feeling of mucus in my throat every now and then. Is this something I should be worried about, or is it pretty normal post-recovery?
It's not uncommon to experience lingering symptoms like nasal congestion and throat mucus after recovering from COVID. These can be part of post-viral recovery, but if they persist or worsen, its a good idea to consult a doctor to rule out any other issues.

I'm really struggling because I've got a nasal polyp that just won't quit and it's especially bad at night. I usually use Otrivin nasal spray which helps a lot, but I'm out of it right now. The polyp is making it so I cant breathe well and Im having trouble sleeping. What can I do to open up my nasal passage right away?
If drug treatment doesn't shrink or eliminate nasal polyps, you may need endoscopic surgery to remove polyps and to correct problems with your sinuses that make them prone to inflammation and polyp development... Your surgeon may also enlarge the openings leading from your sinuses to your nasal passages. Endoscopic surgery is usually performed as an outpatient procedure.
