I've been dealing with a cough, cold, and fever for the past week and it's really frustrating. I've been taking Febrex Plus tablets three times a day, but I haven't noticed any improvement. What could be going on, and is there something else I should try to feel better?

I'm really worried because I've had a high fever with shivering for two days now. The fever keeps coming and going, but my feet are extremely cold. You may be experiencing a viral infection. To help with your symptoms, I recommend taking Tab. Paracetamol 500mg for fever and body pain. You can take one tablet every 6 hours as needed. Additionally, for nausea, you can take Tab. Ondansetron 4mg. It can be taken twice a day to help with nausea. Make sure to stay hydrated and get plenty of rest. If your symptoms persist or worsen, please seek medical attention.
