I've been noticing these bumps in my throat and shared some pictures where they're circled. These bumps keep changing in size, and I've also got some middle ear effusion issues with my Eustachian tube. Sometimes, I feel a sore and burning sensation just on the right side, in both my throat and ear, which is the same side as the bump.
