I've been dealing with this ear-blocking issue for the past few days. Every time I pull my ear down, I hear a sound like a "tup," and it seems like the blockage clears up, but then it just gets blocked again a few seconds later. What could be causing this, and should I be worried?

View allI've been noticing these bumps in my throat and shared some pictures where they're circled. These bumps keep changing in size, and I've also got some middle ear effusion issues with my Eustachian tube. Sometimes, I feel a sore and burning sensation just on the right side, in both my throat and ear, which is the same side as the bump. I'm really starting to wonder if this is something normal or if I should be concerned about it. Any thoughts?

Can Ayurveda really cure sinus issues permanently or is surgery the only option left if treatments don't work? I've been struggling with recurring sinus problems and want to explore natural remedies before considering surgery. What are the best Ayurvedic treatments for chronic sinusitis?
Yes, sinusitis, or sinus infections, can often be treated and cured without surgery. Many cases resolve with home remedies, over-the-counter medications, and sometimes antibiotics if the infection is bacterial.
