I've been dealing with this ear-blocking issue for the past few days. Every time I pull my ear down, I hear a sound like a "tup," and it seems like the blockage clears up, but then it just gets blocked again a few seconds later. What could be causing this, and should I be worried?

That could be ear effusion, practice valsalva manoeuvre u will feel relieved.

I've been diagnosed with vocal cord nodules through endoscopy, and my voice isn't sounding right. The doctor recommended surgery, but I'm really worried can this be treated without surgery? What's going on with my nose? I woke up to find some dried blood, but it's not like my nose is continuously bleeding. I've also got this annoying nose block. What could be causing this?
i think its case of epitaxis so consult ent surgeon for the same
