The standard tetanus vaccine is called Tdap, and the recommended dosage for adults is a single dose.

I'm really worried because after giving Dolo 650, the fever comes back within just 3 hours and it's reaching 40.2C. Can we actually give another dose that soon, especially since it's dengue? It seems to lower to 102F but then spikes right back up. What should we do?
