I've been dealing with a fever of 102 since yesterday, and it seems to come and go. Right now, my head and neck feel really warm, and I'm experiencing a lot of aching in my head. Should I be concerned about these symptoms, and is there anything specific I should do to feel better?

View allMy dad's 58 and he's been dealing with a high fever, loose motion, and shivering since yesterday. Today the fever's come down, but the loose motion hasn't stopped. He's also feeling weak and has body pain. We started him on antibiotics, like allopathic medicine, but it doesn't seem to be helping much. What should we do next?

I'm wondering how long I should wait before getting a tetanus shot. Is it risky if I don't get one soon? I'm really concerned about this and would really appreciate some advice.
After an injury, a tetanus injection should ideally be taken within 24 hours. However, if it has been more than 24 hours since the injury and you are unsure of your vaccination status, it is still recommended to get the injection as soon as possible. Tetanus is a serious bacterial infection that can be life-threatening if left untreated, so it is important not to ignore it. The standard tetanus vaccine is called Tdap, and the recommended dosage for adults is a single dose.

I'm really worried because after giving Dolo 650, the fever comes back within just 3 hours and it's reaching 40.2C. Can we actually give another dose that soon, especially since it's dengue? It seems to lower to 102F but then spikes right back up. What should we do?
