I've been dealing with a fever of 102 since yesterday, and it seems to come and go. Right now, my head and neck feel really warm, and I'm experiencing a lot of aching in my head. Should I be concerned about these symptoms, and is there anything specific I should do to feel better?

Should I be considering medication to get it under control, or would it be better to consult with a general physician first to figure out the best course of action?
