I've been dealing with a fungal infection and some ringworms on my inner thighs and buttocks. Im a sportsman, and after my workouts, all the sweating makes the itching really unbearable, especially in the inner thighs. What should I do to get relief from this? I've been using aloe vera on my face and now it's burning with rashes and redness showing up. I've got an event in two days, so I'm really hoping for a quick fix. Any advice on how to recover fast?
To quickly recover from the adverse reaction to aloe vera, try these remedies: immediately wash your face with cold water and a mild soap, apply a cool, wet compress or an ice pack wrapped in a cloth to reduce burning and redness, use a topical hydrocortisone cream (0.5-1%) to calm the skin, take an oral antihistamine like diphenhydramine to reduce itching and inflammation, and apply a soothing moisturizer, like coconut oil or aloe vera-free lotion, to help calm the skin; for faster recover

I'm looking for affordable medicated shampoo and oil options. My hair isnt too oily or completely dry, just kind of normal. But I do struggle with dandruff if I miss a shampoo for a while. What would you suggest I try?
