I've been dealing with this gas trouble in my chest for a while now, and it just doesn't seem to go away. Every time I breathe in, I feel this pain. What should I do about it?

It sounds like you may be experiencing symptoms of gas trouble causing chest pain. I recommend taking an antacid medication such as Tums (calcium carbonate) 500mg tablets. You can take 2 tablets as needed for relief of gas and chest pain. Additionally, simethicone-based medications like Gas-X can also help relieve gas symptoms. Make sure to avoid foods that can worsen gas such as beans, cabbage, and carbonated drinks. If the symptoms persist, consult with a doctor for further evaluation.

This only started happening in the mornings, which never used to be an issue before. Its weird since Im using the same toothpaste I always have. I'm feeling really embarrassed because every time I eat, especially at breakfast, I get this buildup of phlegm in my throat that I need to spit out. It's been happening for a while and it's awkward for people around me. I've been treated for GERD with medicines like Rabiym DSR, and for allergies with Monteluksut and Fex. But it still doesn't seem to be getting better. Do you know what might be causing this or how I could improve the situation?

take tablet mucinac for 5 days twice a day

I've just gotten my liver function test results and everything seems normal except for my globulin levels, which are reported at 2.7 gdL. I'm a bit worried and curious about why this might be happening. Could you help me understand what this means? I've attached the report for reference.

no need to worry as If 2.7 gdL is close to the lower end of the normal range, it might simply be a natural variation.
