I've been dealing with hair fall and dandruff for the past three years, and despite using TRICHOFOL tablets and TRICOFOL hair oil, my hair is still falling out. Could you please suggest the best way to help regrow my hair and address the dandruff issue?

I've been dealing with this fungal dandruff and have been using AF 150mg along with keto B lotion for a few weeks now. It seems like the dandruff's slightly better, but Im really wondering how much longer I should keep taking this medication? I'm dealing with a constant itching and burning sensation between my legs, especially around my testis and anus. It's been going on for a couple of months now. I've tried a few things like Quard cream, surfazsn, and even consulted a doctor who suggested Ritch cream and levoctrizen, but nothing has helped. I also visited AIIMS Jodhpur where they recommended candid b, Fluconazole tablets, and powder, yet I still haven't found any relief. Can you help me figure out what's going on?

I recommend trying a combination of Clotrimazole cream (such as Candid-B) for local application twice a day, Fluconazole tablet 150mg once a day for 7 days, and Fluconazole powder for dusting in the affected areas.
