I've been dealing with a high fever, cold, and really bad full body pain, like all my joints hurt and my back pain is unbearable. I went for a full body checkup and the reports came back normal with all body counts perfect. But I'm still experiencing this full body joint pain. What could be going on?

Sometimes viral fever can be associated with body pain. It can last a few weeks even after the fever subsides. However if the pain is very severe you can be started on oral steroids. So kindly consult a orthopedic for further evaluation and treatment. Consult a general physician if the fever is not under control.

View allI'm really worried about my dad. His hands and feet swell up if he's sitting for too long, and it doesn't seem like they return to normal the way they used to. We're considering looking into ESR levels but could really use some advice on that. Also, are there specific foods he could eat that might help to get his ESR back to normal?
green leafy vegetables, fatty fish, berries, almonds, walnuts, these all will reduce ESR

I've just found out that I've got a positive ASO titre in my test results, and it's freaking me out a bit. I've been dealing with joint pain, and my doctor recommended some tests, including the RA factor and ASO titre, and while the RA came back normal, the ASO titre was positive. I tried reading up on what ASO is online, but I'm still not clear on how and why it happens. Is it something really serious? Like, could it really mess with my joints and heart valves? I'm just really anxious about what all this means for my health. Any insights would be super helpful.
ASO titre comes positive in many cases, one among them is heart disease, don't worry maintain healthy lifestyle, visit your doctor for complete evaluation and appropriate management
