I've been dealing with hypogonadism and have tried testosterone gel, oral meds, and shockwave therapy for ED, but I'm still not sure if I'm fully better. I'm considering a penile implant for my ED are there any other treatments I should explore before going that route?

View allI've been wondering about a few things. I'm a 17-year-old guy and I've been masturbating since I was 16. Lately, I've heard some stuff that has me a bit worried. Does masturbating lead to hair loss or affect the levels of protein and calcium in my body? And does the body actually produce semen every day? I'm just curious and would appreciate some guidance.
no it does not related to growth

I recently got a Doppler scrotal scan that showed grade 1 varicocele without reflux on color Doppler. The report says it might need surgery and could progress to grade 2 later. I'm worried about how this could affect my fertility does this mean I might have trouble having kids in the future? Should I consider surgery now or wait? Also, could this impact my decision to get married or stay single?
Yes, Sx is better option but still for final please consult surgeon for full P/E.
