I've been dealing with indigestion because of gallstones, with the biggest one measuring 7.5mm. A lot of people are telling me to get my gallbladder removed surgically, but I'm not sure about that. Some are suggesting Ayurveda instead. Is there any way to treat gallstones properly with medications alone, without needing surgery?

View allI'm really concerned about my ALTSGPT level, which is at 91.5. I've been taking liver supplements, eating healthy, drinking lots of water, and exercising regularly, but nothing seems to be working. Can you help me understand why it's still high and what else I might be missing in my approach?
While lifestyle changes like a healthy diet, regular exercise, avoiding alcohol, and staying hydrated can significantly improve liver health and help lower ALT levels, it is essential to identify the underlying cause with the help of your healthcare provider. Following a comprehensive treatment plan that includes the right medications, supplements, and lifestyle adjustments is key to managing liver function.

I'm experiencing a lot of pain when I'm sitting, and my recent MRI showed my liver is enlarged to 22.3 with 52% fat. The pain has moved to the top of my ribs on the right side. I also got an X-ray, and Ive attached the image here. I don't feel much pain when I'm sleeping, standing, or walking, but sitting is really tough. Plus, I've noticed that the left side of my stomach feels kind of loose, while the right side is pretty tight. What could be going on?
