I've been having sudden loose motions since yesterday and tried taking Sestil AD, but it's not really working. What else can I do to get it under control? Should I be worried?

Elevated TSH (8.67) with normal T3 and T4 levels.
General Recommendations
- Dietary changes: Focus on whole, nutrient-dense foods, including fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean protein sources.
- Iodine-rich foods: Include iodized salt, dairy products, and seaweed in your diet to support thyroid function.
- Omega-3 fatty acids: Found in walnuts, flaxseeds, and chia seeds, these healthy fats support thyroid health.
- Stay hydrated: Drink plenty of water throughout the day.
- Regular exercise: Continue swimming and consider adding yoga or stress-reducing activities.
Multivitamin Recommendations
- Iodine supplement: Consider taking an iodine supplement (150-200 mcgday) after consulting your doctor.
- Multivitamin with selenium and zinc: Look for a multivitamin containing selenium (50-100 mcgday) and zinc (15-20 mgday), which support thyroid function.
Specific Multivitamin Suggestions
- Thyronorm: A thyroid-supporting multivitamin containing iodine, selenium, and zinc.
- Nutrilite Daily: A multivitamin containing essential nutrients, including iodine, selenium, and zinc.

View allI'm really worried about my wife. She's been dealing with this pain on the right side of her chest for a couple of weeks now. We had an ultrasound and X-ray done, and the doctor mentioned something about liver enlargement and fluid in her lower lungs. The reports also showed WBC lymphocytes at 20 and neutrophils at 76, plus there's an infection in her urine. We've tried different medications, but her pain hasn't gotten much better. What should we do for treatment? Any advice would be really appreciated.
its better to take antibiotics

I've been dealing with hyperacidity and heartburn for over a year now, even after cutting out tea and cola and sticking to home food. For the last three months, I've had to rely on Pentocid 40 every morning because Zinetac doesn't work as well. While it controls the acidity, I've developed a constant cough that doesn't bring up phlegm and sometimes wheezing. I've also started snoring a lot with my mouth open, leading to dry mouth and waking up at night. I really don't want surgery or an endoscopy is there a natural way to manage this? Also, could daily Pentocid cause side effects, especially since I'm already on Telma 40 for BP? I'm a bit of a hypochondriac but not stressed, and I don't smoke or drink. Just turned 45 could age be a factor?
.try eating several small meals instead of three large ones whenever you can...Avoid foods that irritate your stomach, especially those that are spicy, acidic, fried or fatty... avoid coffee, tea etc... Avoid stress, consider calming activities, such as meditation, yoga etc...sleep with head raised position and have dinner at least 2 hours before sleep..do regular exercises...take pantaprazole 40 mg twice daily before food with above....consult physician if symptoms persists.
