I've been dealing with this issue where about a year ago, I noticed two small dark red blisters on the glans of my penis. They weren't painful and I barely noticed them at first, but now it's turned into something like a small wound that's slightly itchy and red. Ive tried a few things, but nothing seems to help. I'm really worried about why it hasn't healed yet, so could you help me figure out whats going on?

I'm really worried because I've been getting these deep cuts all over my feet and palms, and it's just so painful. It's strange because it's not happening anywhere else on my body. It's gotten so bad that I can't even work or let water touch them without feeling intense pain. I've seen about 3 or 4 skin doctors so far, but nothing seems to help. I've got some trouble with acne on my nose and I'm noticing dark spots on my face, especially where I previously had acne.
