I've been dealing with this issue where I'm producing way too much saliva every day, and it's been going on for years. It's like I constantly need to spit, and if I try to swallow it, I start feeling nauseous. I also get this urge to burp a lot. I work out regularly and stay away from smoking and drinking. It's really getting on my nerves having to spit all the time. Any idea what might be causing this or how to make it stop?

Excessive salivation, along with frequent burping and nausea, can be frustrating, but it's important to identify the underlying cause in order to find the right treatment. Start by considering common causes such as GERD, oral health issues, or stressanxiety. You might also want to speak to a healthcare professional, such as a gastroenterologist or ENT specialist, to help pinpoint the cause and explore appropriate treatment options.

-I'm really sorry you're going through this, but it sounds like you may be dealing with something like hemorrhoids, which can cause blood in the stool, especially with constipation. However, its important to get checked by a doctor to rule out other ca

I've been dealing with this annoying acidity every morning for the last few days. It's like I wake up and feel this urge to vomit, and sometimes there's a lot of gas too. Lately, it even feels like there's acid being released or something. Could you tell me what might be going on and what I should do?
It sounds like you may be experiencing symptoms of acid reflux. I recommend taking Omeprazole (brand name Prilosec) 20mg once daily before breakfast for at least 2 weeks. Additionally, you can take Simethicone (brand name Gas-X) 125mg after meals to help with gas. Make sure to avoid spicy and acidic foods, as well as eating at least 2-3 hours before bedtime to help alleviate your symptoms.
