I've been dealing with jock itch for almost four months now and it's been driving me crazy. I've tried all sorts of meds that doctors have prescribed, like itraconazole, terbinafine, and fluconazole, but nothing's really worked. Any advice on what I should do next? Feel like I'm running out of options here.

Excision of the cyst is advised to the patient.

I'm really struggling with my skin right now. I've been using panderm plus cream for the last three years. It works well, but the side effects are messing me up. Every time I try to stop using it, my face starts itching, burning, breaking out, and gets all red and flaky in just two days. I'm desperate to stop using it but just can't handle how my skin reacts. Do you have any suggestions for something that won't have these crazy side effects and could help keep my skin clear and glowing?
Gradually reduce the use of Panderm Plus, switch to a gentle moisturizer, and consider using acne treatment options that dont involve steroids. Consulting with a dermatologist is always a great next step to find a tailored solution for your skin.
