My doctor found a sebaceous cyst on my upper back and suggested surgery are there other ways to treat it or is surgery the only option? I'm a bit nervous about going under the knife and wondering if less invasive methods could work

I'm really struggling with dandruff and I've even started getting small wounds on my scalp. I actually saw a dermatologist about a year ago, and they told me to use this lotion at night I can't remember the name and wash my hair with Kenz Sal shampoo. It helped for a bit but now the problem is back. What should I do about this issue?

I've been using Selsun shampoo to manage my dandruff, applying it about twice a week. I'm currently breastfeeding my baby and I'm a bit concerned. Is it alright to keep using Selsun while I'm breastfeeding, or is there any risk involved?
