I've been dealing with jock itch and it's been really bothersome. Can Nycil powder help with this itching? If it's okay to use, how much should I apply? Also, are there any other remedies that might work?

Nycil powder can help in relieving jock itch symptoms. You can apply it to the affected area. However, for better results, you can also use an antifungal cream like Clotrimazole cream. Apply the cream to the affected area. Additionally, keeping the area clean and dry, wearing loose-fitting clothes, and avoiding sharing personal items can also help in managing jock itch.

Its so embarrassing because people give me disgusted looks whenever I'm out. Ive seen two different doctors, and they say they can't see anything, but clearly something is going on. There seems to be something on my hair and body that looks like dust particles when I brush my hair. What could this be? Could you please help me understand whats happening?

I'm noticing some black spots under my armpits lately and I'm not sure what's causing them. Could this be some kind of allergic reaction? I'm a bit worried and would appreciate some guidance. What do you think it could be?
These black spots could be due to a condition called acanthosis nigricans, which is often associated with insulin resistance or diabetes. I recommend using a cream containing hydroquinone and tretinoin, such as Melalite Forte cream, applied once daily at night. Additionally, maintaining good blood sugar control through diet and exercise can also help improve these spots.
