I've been dealing with jock itching for the past two months, and it's just not going away. I've tried using some creams, and while the itch sometimes gets a bit better, it keeps coming back. Is there anything else I can do to get rid of it for good? It's really frustrating!

View allI've been using Momate F cream USP on my face for some time and the results have been pretty great. I'm just a bit worried and curious if there are any side effects I should be aware of. Also, if I stop using it, is there a chance the spots will come back?
Momate F cream, containing mometasone and fusidic acid, can have side effects like skin thinning, redness, itching, and increased risk of infections, and if stopped, the underlying skin condition may recur, but the spots themselves may not necessarily "grow back" worse than before, however, it's essential to consult a dermatologist for personalized advice on usage and discontinuation.

I've got these yellow nails that are really painful, and I'm not sure who I should see about it. My fingernails are turning yellow, and it's worrying me. Any idea which doctor is best to consult for something like this?
Yellow nails can be a sign of a fungal infection or other underlying health issues. You can start by using an over-the-counter antifungal nail cream like Lamisil cream twice a day on the affected nails. Additionally, you can take oral antifungal medication like Terbinafine. Make sure to keep your nails clean and dry, and avoid wearing nail polish until the condition improves. If the symptoms persist or worsen, you should consult a dermatologist for further evaluation and treatment.

I've been using morrf5 for about five months now. It was working well and really helped with my hair fall, but over the last couple of weeks, I'm noticing that the density on my left temple is decreasing, and my scalp is becoming more visible, even though I'm still using minoxidil. Could this be just a shedding phase, or is there something else going on?
Minoxidil 5. for local application ,once daily for 3-6 weeks is advised, tab finasteride 5 mg once daily for 3-6 weeks is advised to the patient.
