I've been dealing with a lot of extra sputum all day for about six months now, and every now and then I find myself needing to take deep breaths. After exercising, I get this itchy feeling in my throat like something's stuck there. There's no fever, chest pain, coughing, or weight loss, but my nose is always congested and I find myself taking deep breaths throughout the day. It seems to calm down at night though. I'm wondering what's going on.

I was diagnosed with TB back in July 2017, and I've just finished a nine-month course of anti-TB medication. My recent report mentions something about old healed Koch's infiltration and mild bronchitis. I'm still feeling some pain in my upper right chest. My dad has been coughing for the past two months, and we've done all sorts of tests including one for TB, but everything came back negative. His CT scan showed he has a parenchymal cyst in the right lower lobe. I'm really worried and not sure what to do next. I've already suggested he uses a Rotacap twice a day, but is there something else we should be considering? What steps should we take moving forward?
