I've been dealing with a lot of extra sputum all day for about six months now, and every now and then I find myself needing to take deep breaths. After exercising, I get this itchy feeling in my throat like something's stuck there. There's no fever, chest pain, coughing, or weight loss, but my nose is always congested and I find myself taking deep breaths throughout the day. It seems to calm down at night though. I'm wondering what's going on.

View allI'm having some trouble with my breathing and I already tried the pantosec d gas tablet that my doctor recommended. I also saw a pulmonologist, had a chest X-ray and an ECG, and both came out normal. There didn't seem to be any problems, so no meds were given. Do you think I might still need any medication or other tests?

I've been taking medication for a month which helped reduce my cough and lower my eosinophil count. But a few days ago, I accidentally drank a glass of cold water, and now my cough is back really badly. My eosinophil count has increased to 498. I'm worried and just wondering what I can do to get back on track and feel better. Any advice on how to manage this?
