I've been dealing with lower back pain and taking homeopathy medicine, but now I've got a new issue. About 45 minutes after I fall asleep, I get this intense pain that spreads through my entire back on both sides of my spinal cord, and it becomes impossible to find a comfortable angle to sleep. Then, in the morning, the pain in my spinal cord is really bad, but it eases up after 10 or 15 minutes, and I'm back to my usual lower back pain. What can I do to get some relief and finally get a good night's sleep?

Your sister's elevated ESR (erythrocyte sedimentation rate) along with itching can indicate inflammation or infection in her body. Additionally, she can use a soothing lotion like Calamine lotion on the affected areas. Make sure she stays hydrated and avoids scratching to prevent any skin damage.
