I've been dealing with pain in my foreskin because it's too tight I think it's phimosis. I first noticed this around 7-8 years ago but never talked about it because I felt awkward. Now the pain is getting worse and I'm considering surgery. What do you think I should do?

I'm a 29-year-old guy and haven't been sexually active since 2014, and when I did, it was with protection. But I do masturbate regularly, probably around 2-3 times a week. Lately, I've noticed this clear, jelly-like substance at the tip of my penis during urination that has no particular smell, but it does burn a bit. This happened once before, about 20-25 days ago, and I brushed it off. There's no swelling or other symptoms, but it's kinda worrying me. Could you shed some light on what this jelly-like stuff might be and whether it's cool to have unprotected sex in the future?

I'm a bit concerned after having sex for the first time this past Friday night. I've noticed some pain in my penis because the skin seems to have peeled. The front part has gotten pretty red too. The pain's a bit better than a couple of days ago, but it's still there. Do you have any advice on what I should do?

To alleviate the discomfort, apply a topical antibiotic cream, keep the area clean, and avoid further irritation if the pain persists, or you experience difficulty urinating, increased redness, or swelling, consult a urologist for further guidance.
