What are the chances that sperm could survive under my fingernail? I ended up with sperm on my fingers, and after four hours of washing my hands with medium hot water, I inserted my fingers deeply into my girlfriend's vagina. I'm concerned about the possibility of her getting pregnant. I read somewhere that sperm might live in warm places, and I'm wondering if the area under fingernails could be considered warm enough. What should I do?

View allI'm worried that my penis, which measures 13 cm when erect, might not be enough to satisfy my partner. This is affecting my confidence during sex. Can you tell me what the average length of an erect penis is? I'm just unsure if I fall within the normal range.
The average length of an erect penis is about 12-16 cm (4.7-6.3 inches), so your measurement is well within the normal range. Penile length is less important for sexual satisfaction than confidence, communication, and emotional connection with your partner. You are perfectly normal!

I'm a bit concerned because a few days ago, I noticed some mild pain in my right testicle and now it's swollen. I've been taking painkillers, which helped a bit, but I've found a lump in my spermatic cord. Is this something I should be worried about? Should I see a urologist for this, or would a general surgeon be better?

I've been noticing that whenever I drink water, I start feeling the need to urinate pretty quickly, within a few minutes, actually. It seems like the amount of urine depends on how much water I've had to drink. On average, I find myself going to the bathroom about 3-4 times after drinking. The color of my urine seems normal, nothing unusual. Also, I've been feeling some slight movements in my lower stomach. Could you help me understand what's going on?
