What are the chances that sperm could survive under my fingernail? I ended up with sperm on my fingers, and after four hours of washing my hands with medium hot water, I inserted my fingers deeply into my girlfriend's vagina. I'm concerned about the possibility of her getting pregnant. I read somewhere that sperm might live in warm places, and I'm wondering if the area under fingernails could be considered warm enough. What should I do?
