I've been dealing with pain in my legs for the past 23 days and it's pretty concerning. I've had similar leg pains before, especially when I sit right under a fan or AC. Could that be a cause? What do you think might be going on?

View allI've been dealing with a high fever, cold, and really bad full body pain, like all my joints hurt and my back pain is unbearable. I went for a full body checkup and the reports came back normal with all body counts perfect. But I'm still experiencing this full body joint pain. What could be going on?
Sometimes viral fever can be associated with body pain. It can last a few weeks even after the fever subsides. However if the pain is very severe you can be started on oral steroids. So kindly consult a orthopedic for further evaluation and treatment. Consult a general physician if the fever is not under control.

I'm really worried about my mom's health after her recent full body checkup. Her alkaline phosphatase level came back as 142, and her ESR is 47. What could be causing these results?

I've noticed that whenever I'm near an AC or when the weather gets cold, my hands and feet turn icy really fast. They get so chilly that other people comment on how cold they feel when I touch them. But when the weather is normal and there's no AC, everything seems fine. I'm curious about what could be causing this.
While in the vicinity of AC or cold weather, your hands and feet getting cold quickly could be due to a condition called Raynaud's disease. Raynaud's disease is a condition that causes some areas of the body, such as fingers and toes, to feel numb and cold in response to cold temperatures or stress. In such cases, it is recommended to keep your hands and feet warm by wearing gloves and socks, and avoiding exposure to cold temperatures. In severe cases, medications like nifedipine or amlodipine can be prescribed to help dilate blood vessels and improve circulation.
