I've been dealing with piles for about a year now and homeopathy didn't help. I'm in Bangalore and really don't want to go for surgery can you suggest a good doctor who can help with this?

An ayurvedic doctor mentioned it might be from a fissure in ano surgery I had 5 years ago. Could this lump be related to that old surgery? What could be causing this pain now?

Can a Bartholin cyst or abscess develop into an anal fistula? Also, are there any non-surgical treatments for fistula in ano, and what side effects come with surgery for it?
