I've been dealing with piles for about a year now and homeopathy didn't help. I'm in Bangalore and really don't want to go for surgery can you suggest a good doctor who can help with this?

View allI've been dealing with a recurring fistula or abscess for the past two years it goes away for a few months but keeps coming back. I really don't want surgery, and while a recent round of antibiotics during dental treatment cleared it up temporarily, the issue returned. What could be causing this cycle, and are there other treatment options besides surgery?
fistulectomy is advised,sx opinion.

What treatments work best for piles and can they be cured without surgery
Piles, also known as hemorrhoids, are swollen veins in the anus and rectum that can cause pain, itching, and bleeding. While not always cured without surgery, several nonsurgical treatments can effectively manage symptoms and reduce the size of piles. These include dietary changes, topical treatments, and medical procedures like rubber band ligation and sclerotherapy. Surgery is often reserved for severe cases or when nonsurgical treatments are not effective
