I've been dealing with piles for about a year now and homeopathy didn't help. I'm in Bangalore and really don't want to go for surgery can you suggest a good doctor who can help with this?

my dad had surgery for hemorrhoids in chennai yesterday but some tissue is still visible outside the doctor says it's external hemorrhoids and will shrink on its own in a week is this normal or should we be concerned about the remaining tissue
