I've been dealing with piles and fissures for about a year now and medicines haven't helped much. I'm 25 and really worried should I consider surgery at this point? What would you recommend for my situation?

I can understand your concern. Surgery is the better option.,it won't shrink on its own. You can use pilex ointment for local application.

View allI'm a bit worried because I've got this painful lump on the left side of my anus. There's no redness or anything visible on the skin, but it's definitely there and it's been about a week now. It hurts when I sit, walk, or touch it. I'm not sure who to see about thisshould I consult a gynecologist, a physician, or maybe a gastric specialist? What do you think?
You may be experiencing a perianal abscess. I recommend you to see a physician for further evaluation and treatment. You may be prescribed antibiotics such as Augmentin 625mg to help with the infection. In some cases, surgical drainage may be necessary to treat the abscess effectively. It is important to seek medical attention promptly to prevent any complications.

I'm dealing with a lump near my anus that's been there for two days now. It's starting to get a bit smaller, but I'm still not feeling back to normal. It's pretty uncomfortable, and I'm not sure what's causing it. What could be going on?
It sounds like you may be experiencing an anal lump, which could be due to various causes like hemorrhoids, an abscess, or even a small infection. Since it's improving but not fully gone, its important to keep the area clean and consider seeing a healthcare provider if it persists or worsens, to rule out any underlying conditions.

I've got fourth-degree piles with really bad bleeding, pain, and itching it's so uncomfortable I can barely sit or walk sometimes. Right now, I'm using diltigesic gel and taking hamamelis mother tincture, but nothing's helping. The pain and bleeding won't stop. Should I consider surgery, or are there other non-surgical treatments that might work better?
With fourth-degree piles, surgical intervention like a hemorrhoidectomy is usually necessary to remove the prolapsed hemorrhoids and address the persistent pain, bleeding, and discomfort. While lifestyle changes and some home remedies can offer temporary relief, they don't address the underlying cause of the prolapse
