i've had a fistula for about 2 months now and i'm really confused between ayurveda or surgery for treatment. which one would be better for my condition? i'm worried about the recovery and long-term results

View allI went to a general surgeon for constipation and noticed a small flesh near my anus. After a proctoscopy, she said I have grade 1 piles inside and a fissure outside. She suggested laser surgery for both as a permanent solution but I'm unsure if it's necessary since grade 1 piles can often be treated without surgery. Is laser surgery risky or should I consider other options first?

I have a small pea-sized mass that protrudes from my anus during bowel movements but there's no pain or bleeding. Can this be removed with laser or surgery? How much does the procedure usually cost and will I need to stay in the hospital for it?
