I've been dealing with this rash on both sides of my neck ever since summer started, and now there's a similar rash showing up in the crease of my right knee. They're kind of these small patches that have a bit of a white appearance. I've tried using hydrocortisone cream on the ones on my neck, but they haven't gone away. They don't really itch, but they look darker now and the texture feels different. What could be causing this, and should I be worried?

I'm looking for a good fairness cream for my oily skin. I have some black spots and a few small pimples on my face, which worry me. Any suggestions on what might work best for my skin type?

An attempt to find out the root cause of acne should be made in every patient or else it keeps recurring. Each phase takes a couple of weeks before we move to the next phase of treatment. If you have active acne lesions, it should be controlled on priority basis Next Steps A good skin care regimen comprises 4 steps - cleansing, toning, moisturizing and sunblock. Based on your skin type, a dermatologist will recommend you appropriate products.
