I've been dealing with this really annoying dry cough and it's driving me crazy. Can you tell me what medication might work well in a nebulizer for this? I'm looking for something to help ease the irritation.

View allI'm a 24-year-old male and a few months ago I had some serious chest pain. I got an X-ray done back then and it showed something like blunting of the anterior CP angle on the lateral view. The pain went away after taking antibiotics. Fast forward to now, Ive been dealing with diarrhea for about a month and when I visited the doctor, he suggested a range of tests something like re blood, RBS, LFT, Montoux test, colonoscopy, and a chest X-ray. Turns out, the chest X-ray looks the same as it did five months ago. Could you help me understand what's going on? Should I be worried that the X-ray hasnt changed?
