I've been told I have small airways obstruction from my PFT report. I'm really worried and want to know how this can be treated. Can you give me some advice on this?

I'm experiencing a bit of pain in my right shoulder, kind of in the back area. I just had an X-ray on my spine, both AP and lateral views. The results mentioned something about a "suspicious opacity" in the posterior mediastinum and some pleural thickening. Could you help me understand what this means? I'm a bit worried about it.

I'm currently dealing with a tough breathing issue due to severe bronchitis and I've been trying out a few medications like the levosalbutamol inhaler, ibites inhaler, pulmoclear syrup, and also using a nasal spray for about two days. But ever since I started, I've noticed my heart rate is going through the roof, and on top of that, I'm feeling really restless and sleepy. Any idea how I can manage these side effects or should I be worried about them?

reduce the levosalbutamol inhaler dose

I've been dealing with pleural tuberculosis and have just finished my first two months of treatment. The fluid buildup started clearing up once I began treatment, but I'm still experiencing a mild fever in the evenings, around 99.3, that lasts until I go to bed. I'm kind of worried and really want to know when this fever might finally disappear, especially since I'm having trouble reaching my doctor with everything shut down. Any advice on what might be going on or what I should do next?

fever will be relieved almost after 2 months, take tablet dolo 650mg
