I've been told I have small airways obstruction from my PFT report. I'm really worried and want to know how this can be treated. Can you give me some advice on this?

I'm a 53-year-old male and have been dealing with allergic asthma for quite some time now. I've been relying on Montac LC, which works well for me, but it's become quite expensive, nearly twice the price over the past year. Plus, nasal sprays and inhalers don't seem to help much, especially with the constant skin itching and sneezing. Is there an alternative tablet or medicine you could suggest?

avil 25mg

My dad's been dealing with a fever since February 26th, and even though we started the meds I mentioned before, there's been no improvement. I then went to a pulmonary doctor who mentioned an infection after viewing the X-ray. I'm worried because apart from his hemoglobin level being 11, the blood test came back normal. They ruled out typhoid and malaria, so I'm at a bit of a loss here. Can you offer any advice on what steps to take next?

Tab amoxicillin for 5 days , tab oantop 40mg for 3 day
