I've been dealing with a really bad cough and a lot of phlegm for the past couple of days, and my throat feels really scratchy. Could you suggest what might be going on or if there's anything I can do to feel better?

View allI'm having trouble with shortness of breath at night and it's been really bothering me. I visited a pulmonologist who had me do tests like ECG, CBP, PFT, and a chest X-ray, but everything came back normal. They prescribed Montair FX, Nexito Plus, and esomeprazole for a month, which made me feel better. But now, two months later, the symptoms have come back. My doctor said to keep taking Montair FX every night. What should I do? It's frustrating and I'm worried about what's happening.

I'm feeling really worried because I've had symptoms like a fever around 100F, a lot of coughing, and this weird pressure on the left side of my chest and back for the last four days. I've stayed at home, isolated myself, and took a COVID test, but I don't have the results yet. I also have asthma and allergies to dust and smoke. Could you please suggest what precautions to take and if there's any medication I should consider?

I've been dealing with walking pneumonia quite a bit; it happens at least three times every year and has been like that for around eight years now. It seems to be getting worse each time and lasts longer too. I'm really worried it might be something serious like lung cancer, especially since Ive been smoking cigarettes and was exposed to a lot of secondhand smoke growing up. Is it normal to get walking pneumonia this frequently, or should I be talking to a professional about it?
COPD , DO PULMONARY FUNCTION TEST
