I've been dealing with a really bad cough and a lot of phlegm for the past couple of days, and my throat feels really scratchy. Could you suggest what might be going on or if there's anything I can do to feel better?

View allI'm really worried about my husband. He was in a car accident and has a light chest injury, no bleeding, but we decided to do a CT scan just to be safe. The report says he has pulmonary nodules on his left lower lobe, one is 2 mm and the other is 4 mm. Could these nodules be a result of something serious? He did have COVID three years ago, could that be related in any way? I'm just trying to understand what this might mean.

I've been dealing with a cough for about a month now. I saw a doctor, and my lab results showed it was typhoid. I did the prescribed treatment for a month and stopped, and while I'm not feeling super sick anymore, I'm still not feeling 100% either. I get this occasional deep dry cough a few times a day, and my doctor mentioned it might be allergic bronchiolitis and could stick around for a while. I also feel weak sometimes and have loose motions on occasion. Do you think I should see a doctor again? If so, what kind of specialist would be best? Or is this something that happens after typhoid and will eventually go away on its own? I'm just a bit worried since it's been a month already.
