I've been dealing with really painful kidney stones - an 18mm one on the left side and a 3.3mm one on the right. The pain comes and goes but it's pretty intense when it flares up. Is there any way to get relief without having to go through surgery? What would be the best treatment options for stones this size?

View allI'm looking at my semen analysis report and I'm a bit concerned about the results. It says my progressive motile sperm count is 30, non-progressive motile count is 25, and in total, the motile sperm count is 45. I'm wondering if these numbers are okay when trying to have a baby with my wife, or if I should be consulting a doctor to work on increasing that progressive motile count. Is a count of 30 generally good enough for us to conceive, or is there something I should be doing?
WHO standards place desired progressive motility count at 32%. Overall motility at 40%. It may be advisable to visit a sexual health consultant and obtain a more detailed treatment plan.

I'm 29 and I'm dealing with a few issues that are really bothering me. My penis is small, and I have trouble with it not getting hard when I'm having sex. Plus, I end up finishing way too quickly. It's really affecting my confidence, and I just want my penis to be bigger and thicker. Can you give me some advice or suggest something that might help?
For increasing penis size and improving hardness, you can consider taking Viagra (Sildenafil) 50mg before sexual activity. For premature ejaculation, you can try Dapoxetine 30mg. Both medications can help improve your sexual performance. However, it is important to consult with a doctor before starting any new medication to ensure it is safe for you.
