I've been dealing with really painful kidney stones - an 18mm one on the left side and a 3.3mm one on the right. The pain comes and goes but it's pretty intense when it flares up. Is there any way to get relief without having to go through surgery? What would be the best treatment options for stones this size?

You can pick from options like 1. Surgery ( most effective), 2. Extracorporeal short wave lithotripsy ( ESWL) in which there are no cuts involved. Medicines would not be effective except for relieving pain

I've been having some trouble lately with my penis not getting fully hard or straight, even though my sexual desire is still there. Everything was fine just about three weeks ago. I also noticed that before this started, I wasn't able to hold sex for a long time. I'm getting a bit worried about what's going on. Could this be something serious or maybe just stress?

I'm trying to understand more about my urine culture report that showed an E. coli infection. I'm a bit stressed about what this means for treatment. Do I need to take pills, or should I expect injections? Could it require hospital admission? I'd really appreciate some guidance on the diagnosis process and which type of doctor I should see. I've got my reports with me if that helps.
