I've been dealing with a running nose and fever for the last few days, and now I've got a sore throat and cough since last night. These seem like symptoms of viral fever, right? Can you recommend any homemade remedies? The weather here is terrible, so I can't get to a doctor.

I recommend taking over-the-counter medications such as acetaminophen for fever and sore throat. You can also try using honey and lemon for your sore throat. Additionally, steam inhalation can help with your runny nose and cough. Make sure to stay hydrated and get plenty of rest.

View allI've been taking dolo 650 for the last couple of days because my fever isn't going below 100 degrees. Is it okay if I take two dolo 650 tablets at once, or should I be considering something else since it's been persistent for 2 days? I'm really just looking for some guidance on how to get better.
It's generally not recommended to take two Dolo 650 tablets at once, as it could lead to an overdose of paracetamol. If your fever persists, it's best to consult a doctor to determine the appropriate treatment or dosage for your situation. Make sure to stay hydrated and rest well!

I've been hearing a lot about using HCQ 200 MG as a way to boost immunity against Covid. I'm wondering if it's safe to take it twice a week for that purpose. Could this really help, and are there any risks I should be aware of? I'm curious because I've seen mixed opinions online and want to make sure it's a good idea before considering it.
Hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) is not recommended for use as a preventive measure against Covid-19. It is important to follow guidelines from health authorities and consult with a healthcare professional for the most appropriate preventive measures.

I was eating some leftover pizza and noticed tiny bugs crawling all over it after I had taken a bite. I read online that people say it's just extra protein, but since they were alive, I'm pretty nervous. Do you think Ill be okay?
If you are concerned about potential food contamination, it is always best to err on the side of caution. You may consider taking an over-the-counter antihistamine like Claritin (loratadine) to help with any potential allergic reactions. If you develop any symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, or difficulty breathing, please seek medical attention immediately.
