I've been dealing with a runny nose recently, and while that's gotten better, now I've got this weird issue with my throat that seems like an infection. It's causing some pretty bad pain in my ear, especially around the area just behind my last tooth on the right side. I'm really getting worried. Could it be all connected somehow?

It sounds like you may have developed a throat infection which is causing ear pain. I recommend taking an antibiotic like Amoxicillin to treat the infection. Additionally, you can take Ibuprofen for pain relief. Gargling with warm salt water several times a day can also help soothe your throat. I'm feeling a weird sensation like something's stuck or moving around my throat, from the back of my mouth to my Adam's apple. It's been bothering me for a few days. There's no pain, just this feeling like something's going up and down my throat. It seems to go down when I swallow but then comes back up. Any idea what might be causing this?

There is no such thing to happen that could be normal postnasal drip or so,as it is not bothering you you can neglect it if u feel irritaion or anything visit your ENT doctor for evaluation and appropriate management.

I'm experiencing this weird echo whenever I talk. It's like I'm hearing my own voice bouncing back at me, and I can hear it when others speak too. If I close one ear, it feels clogged, but at least the echo stops. But with both ears open, my left one feels blocked and the echo comes back. I'm not really sure what's going on. Do you think I should see an ENT specialist about this?

I've noticed that one side of my soft palate seems to rise whenever I try to spit, and it's pretty painful. But oddly enough, I don't feel any pain when I'm swallowing food or drinks. What could be causing this?
