I've been dealing with sinus issues and nasal polyps for a while sometimes I feel okay, but other times there's constant sneezing, nose swelling, and watery discharge. One side of my nose is almost always blocked, and my nose bone seems slightly bent. Doctors have suggested surgery as the only option, but I'm wondering if there's any way to treat this without going under the knife. Are there non-surgical treatments that could help?

View allI've been noticing a bit of blood in my saliva when I spit in the mornings, usually just in the first few spits, and then it doesn't happen again throughout the day. I'm not experiencing any other symptoms like a cough or pain. I've never smoked or used tobacco, and I don't drink alcohol either. This has been going on for about a week now, but it doesnt happen every single day, maybe once every couple of days. I'm trying to figure out what might be causing this, hoping it's nothing serious. Any ideas?
Yes as your doctor said that could be because of dryness or you might be having Dns or so..visit your ENT doctor for evaluation otherwise as the quantity is negligibke you can forget about it,stay hydrated.

I've had this white spot on my tonsil for a few days now, and whenever I touch it with a swab, it feels like a piece of rice comes out. It's happened a few times in the same spot, and even though I'm gargling with hot water and taking medicine, its not going away. I can feel something at the back of my mouth, but there isn't much pain. I've had tonsillitis since I was a kid, but this feels different. Plus, there's some pain in my ear. Could this be some kind of infection?
yes this could be recurrent tonsillitis if it is so better get it removed.visit ENT doctor for evaluation and appropriate management.
