I have sinus issues and a deviated septum is surgery absolutely necessary for the septum problem I keep getting vertigo attacks frequently

Surgery for a deviated septum (septoplasty) is not always necessary and depends on the severity of symptoms and whether they are caused by the deviated septum. While it can improve breathing and potentially reduce sinus issues and vertigo, it's not a guaranteed solution for all cases and may not be needed if symptoms are mild or manageable with medication
