I've been dealing with this skin allergy for the past 10 days, and it's really frustrating because it's spreading to my throat and neck. It's super itchy! I'm taking avil tablets and using clobate ointment, but it doesn't seem to be helping much. Is there anything else I can do to get relief from this itching, or a different treatment I should try? Should I be worried about how it's spreading?

I'm studying airport management, and I've been feeling like my skin color is affecting my confidence. Is there a way to lighten my skin quickly? Also, I'm struggling with darkness under my eyes. What can I do about that?

To lighten your skin and reduce under eye darkness, you can consider using a topical cream containing hydroquinone for skin lightening. Additionally, for under eye darkness, you can use a cream containing retinol or vitamin C to help brighten the under eye area. Make sure to apply sunscreen daily to protect your skin from further darkening. Also, getting enough sleep and staying hydrated can help improve the appearance of your skin.

I've had vitiligo for the past three months and I'm really worried can stress actually cause it? Also is surgery an option to treat my patches? They're spreading and I don't know what to do

Yes, stress can play a role in both the development and progression of vitiligo. While not the direct cause, stress can trigger or worsen vitiligo in individuals who are genetically predisposed or have other risk factors. Surgery, including skin grafting or melanocyte transplantation, is a treatment option for vitiligo, particularly for areas with stable disease and where other methods have not been effective
