I've been dealing with some lingering issues after a bike accident about six months ago. The left side of my face was injured and it has been swollen ever since. The swelling hasn't gone down and there are still some light marks, plus the skin feels really thin around that area. I'm getting a bit worried and am wondering how I might treat this. Any advice on what steps I should take might be helpful.

To address the lingering facial swelling and scarring from your bike accident six months ago, consider consulting a plastic surgeon for personalized advice, and in the meantime, try using topical treatments like silicone gel or sheeting, vitamin E oil, or aloe vera to promote skin healing and reduce scarring, and also massage the affected area gently to improve circulation and break down scar tissu

I'm currently undergoing treatment for acanthosis nigricans, and my doctor recommended using a radiofrequency technique to get rid of some small black spots under my arm. I recently moved to a new city, and I'm wondering if I can continue this treatment here. Is this something I should be concerned about when changing locations, or can I just find a local specialist to continue with the radiofrequency treatment?

I've been struggling with psoriasis for a while now, and I'm really hoping there's a permanent solution out there. I'm curious if there's any treatment that can completely cure it. It's been tough dealing with the flare-ups, and I'm looking for any advice or options that could help.
Psorolin B ointment is advised for local application, also take tab allegra 120 mg orally for 2 weeks, if any side-effects dermatologist opinion is advised to the patient.
