I've been dealing with some uncomfortable symptoms for the past 56 days. The skin on my testicles has become scaly and it's really itchy. It's also starting to happen on my penis. I'm not sure what's going on and it's getting a bit worrisome. Could you help me figure out what this might be? I've attached some photos for you to seeone shows how it looks now and the other is from when it all began.

I've had this white patch on the back of my shoulder for about 20 days and it's turned black after I used melanocyl ointment.
