I've been dealing with sticky stools and really smelly gas for about 20 days now. It's starting to worry me. Do you think I should get a stool test done? Also, what kind of treatment would you suggest for this?

Given your 20-day symptoms of sticky stools and smelly gas, consider consulting a gastroenterologist for a comprehensive evaluation, including a stool test to rule out underlying conditions like malabsorption, small intestine bacterial overgrowth (SIBO), or gastrointestinal infections, and treatment may involve antibiotics, probiotics, or dietary modifications.

I'm having a real struggle with gas. No matter what I eat, it just keeps forming, and it's got me so frustrated. I went on a diet to try to manage it, but now my blood pressure's tanked, and I'm feeling this intense pain on the left side of my chest. It's making it hard for me to breathe. I'm feeling pretty worried about all of this. Can you help me figure out what's going on and what I should do?

To help with your gas problem, you can try taking Omeprazole (brand name Prilosec) 20mg once daily before breakfast to reduce stomach acid production. Simethicone (brand name Gas-X) can also be helpful in relieving gas symptoms. For your low blood pressure, increasing your salt intake and staying hydrated can be beneficial. If you are experiencing chest pain and difficulty breathing, it is important to seek immediate medical attention as these could be symptoms of a heart condition.

I'm dealing with this strange issue where I have gas and anal itching, and it always seems to happen right after nocturnal ejaculation or masturbation. It's really frustrating because it clears up after a few days, but I'm worried because I've noticed this at least 10 times over the past 23 months. I've done blood tests and stool tests, and everything comes back normal. Every doctor I've consulted says there's no connection, but I'm not convinced. What could be causing this, and how can I solve it?

This could be fungal infection u need to evaluate with your Dermatologist and get appropriate treatment with oral antifungal medications and topical lotions, once the infection is resolved your hair fall would come down,I suggest you not to use minoxidil with active fungal infection, above this your personal hygiene care is more important.
