I've been dealing with these painful, puss-filled boils under my arms that have a really bad smell. My doctor said they would go away with age, but it's been over 45 years and they keep coming and going. I shower twice a day and make sure not to shave, just trim, and I avoid using deodorants, opting for talc instead.
