I've been dealing with a viral fever for over a week now, and it's stubbornly stuck around 100F. Despite taking pyrigesic 650 mg and some antibiotics, there hasn't been any improvement. Why isn't my fever going down? Should I be worried about anything else?

I've been using Nicotex for the past 10 days. I know there's a specific cycle for using it. Since I don't feel like I need it much, I'm just taking 1 or 2 chews daily. Is that okay, or should I be following the cycle more strictly?
