I've been dealing with a viral fever for over a week now, and it's stubbornly stuck around 100F. Despite taking pyrigesic 650 mg and some antibiotics, there hasn't been any improvement. Why isn't my fever going down? Should I be worried about anything else?

I'm curious if it's safe to take 60,000 IU of vitamin D every week. With the lockdown and winter coming, I'm not getting much sun exposure. Can you advise?
Yes, taking 60,000 IU of vitamin D per week is generally safe for most people, especially if you're deficient, but it's important to follow your doctor's recommendation and monitor your levels. Since you're not getting enough sun exposure, this supplementation can help maintain optimal levels, but always keep track of any symptoms and consult your doctor regularly.

I'm trying to find the best multivitamin supplements because after working in the office for five days, I often feel exhausted. I've been taking Revital sometimes during the month, but I'm worried about any potential side effects it might have. Can you please let me know more about Revital and if there are better supplement options out there?
