I've been dealing with this weird feeling where my stomach always feels full, and I'm having shortness of breath. It's almost like there's something in my chest making it hard for it to relax and contract properly. Plus, my weight keeps going up and down really quickly for no apparent reason. Any idea what's going on?

View allI can't stop going to the bathroom these past few days. My stomach and lower intestines were killing me last night, but it felt a bit better after having diarrhea. Then this morning, right after waking up, I had to go again. I've already been to the bathroom twice in just three hours of being up. I'm feeling super exhausted, stressed out, and I don't even feel like eating. Could you help me understand what's going on?

I'm worried about my total bilirubin level, which is 1.56. Does that mean I have jaundice, or could it be something else?
A total bilirubin level of 1.56 mgdL is slightly elevated, but it is important to consider the normal range and context in interpreting this result. The typical normal range for total bilirubin in adults is around 0.1 to 1.2 mgdL, To get a clearer picture of your liver function, it is helpful to check other liver enzymes such as AST (SGOT), ALT (SGPT), alkaline phosphatase (ALP), and GGT. If these are elevated along with bilirubin, it may indicate liver dysfunction.

My ultrasound report says the gall bladder isn't visible but there's a dilated common bile duct measuring 20mm at the porta with a clump of calculi around 39x19mm in the middle part. Should I be worried about this? What does this mean for my condition? I had gallbladder surgery before and now seeing these findings could this be related to my past surgery or is it something new developing? What are the next steps I should take?
Dilated CBD and calculi post-cholecystectomy may need ERCP—consult gastroenterologist soon.
