I've been dealing with wheezing and a cold since last night. I took azithromycin 500 and a tablet with serratiopeptidase and diclofenac sodium, but now the wheezing has gotten worse. Should I consider taking methylprednisolone to help with the wheezing?

I'm really concerned about what's been happening with my health. I had TB back in May 2020 and finished the treatment in November that year and I felt fine after but then in April 2021, I got COVID. Since then I've been struggling with low-grade fever, cold feet, severe headaches, neck pain, and this overwhelming weakness like my body will just give up if I do anything for more than 15 minutes. All my blood tests have come back normal, and Crocin and paracetamol didn't help with the fever. Naproxyn worked for a bit, but the fever came back. It's been over a year and things just aren't getting betterin fact, they're getting worse. In March 2022, my doctor started looking into other causes, but all the tests were normal except for this chronic empyema in the lungs. They started ATT in April, and things got better at first but then went downhill again. After a PET scan, they found the empyema was active, so I had surgery and started on second-line drugs based on the biopsy report. There's been a little improvement, but then it just got worse again. I'm really at a loss here and would appreciate any advice or insights. What could be causing this?

I've been dealing with some troubling symptoms and could really use some advice. Earlier this year, I had issues with waking up in the morning and coughing up blood. It was mostly when I got up and would spit, but the rest of the day seemed fine. I also noticed palpitations, chest pain, and shortness of breath, which would often go away with burping. After getting some advice from my doctor and having some tests done, which all came back normal, that bloody sputum stopped after about a month and a half. However, over the past few days, those symptoms have returned, along with a lot of burping. This morning, I once again coughed up blood and now have a slight sore throat. Any insight you could provide would be greatly appreciated.

I'm having a hard time with shortness of breath and keep getting these little burps that just won't stop, and it's like this for about 10 days every month. I'm really concerned and not sure what's going on. Could this be linked to my smoking habit or maybe something to do with Thoraco Lumbar Kypho Scoliosis I've heard about? Any advice or insight would be great.

yes it is related to smoking. It might be due to gastritis
